CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR ARMED FORCES REUNIONS, INC.
For attendees cancelling reunion activities prior to the cut-off date Armed Forces Reunions, Inc. (AFR) shall process a full refund less the non-refundable AFR registration fee ($17 per person). Attendees cancelling reunion activities after the cut-off date will be refunded to the extent that AFR's vendor commitments and guarantees will allow, less the non-refundable AFR registration fee. Online registrations have a non-refundable convenience fee of 4%. Calculation errors by the registrant, over the intended total and require a refund, will be responsible for additional credit card fees. Cancellations will only be taken Monday through Friday from 9am until 5pm Eastern Time, excluding holidays. Please call (757) 625-6401 to cancel reunion activities. Refunds will be processed 4-6 weeks after the reunion. Cancelling your hotel reservations does not cancel your reunion activities.

Reunion Rates Available: Monday, June 8 – Sunday, June 14, 2026. Group rates are available three (3) days prior to or three (3) days following your reunion days, based upon hotel availability.
Room Rate: $139.00 plus applicable taxes (Currently 16.6%) per night. Subject to change.
Complimentary Breakfast & Evening Reception: Complimentary Made to Order, Hot Breakfast for Two Included in the Room Rate. Served in the hotel Atrium 6:30am – 9:30am Monday – Friday and 7am – 10am Saturday – Sunday. Complimentary evening reception including light snacks and two complimentary beverages (select beers, liquors and sodas only) held nightly in at the hotel bar from 5:30pm – 7pm nightly.
Cut-Off Date: 5/20/26. After the group cut-off date, reservation requests received will be accepted on a hotel and rate availability basis.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be received 24 hours prior to arrival date or there will be a charge of one night’s room plus tax.
Parking & Shuttle Information: Parking for overnight guests is complimentary. Shuttle service is available to and from the airport. Once you have arrived and collected your luggage, head over to the shuttle pick-up. Please call 816-891-7788 and choose the shuttle service pick-up when prompted. Once the shuttle is dispatched, they will arrive within 30 minutes. Shuttle service hours are 3:30am – Midnight, daily. To schedule a return shuttle to the airport, simply speak with the front desk agent, please allow at least minutes for travel time.
